Return and Refund

All our pieces are handmade to order with a lot of time, care, and hygiene standards. Because lingerie is an intimate product, we maintain a strict and transparent return policy to keep all customers safe.

No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or size swaps on bras, panties, or lingerie sets.

Please make sure to check your size before ordering.
(If you need help choosing, message us — we’re always here to guide you!)

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive:

  • the wrong product

  • a damaged item

  • or a manufacturing defect

…please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve it quickly, include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos/video of the issue

  • a photo of the full item

If the issue is verified, we will:
✔ replace the item free of cost, or
✔ offer store credit, depending on stock availability.

Conditions That Are Not Eligible

We cannot accept replacements or refunds for:

  • Size issues (please check the size guide before ordering)

  • Minor variations in color (due to screen differences)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper washing, stretching, or misuse

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Orders where the packaging or hygiene seal has been opened

Cancellations

Since production starts shortly after you place your order, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If you made a mistake with your size or address, contact us within 1 hour of ordering — we’ll try our best to fix it if the order hasn’t entered production.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only provided in cases where:

  • we cannot replace a defective item due to no stock, or

  • the order cannot be fulfilled from our end.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually take 5–7 business days to reflect.
