Processing Time

All items are made to order.
Please allow 3–7 business days for stitching, quality checks, and packaging before your order ships.

During launches, sales, or pre-order periods, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll always notify you in case of any delay.

Shipping Within India

We ship across India through trusted courier partners (Delhivery / BlueDart / Ekart depending on your pin code).

Shipping charges:​ Free shipping above ₹3000

Delivery time: 3–9 business days depending on location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
If you don’t receive it within 24 hours after dispatch, feel free to contact us.

Address Errors

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct.
We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping details.
If you made a mistake, contact us immediately — we’ll try our best to fix it before the order ships

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, festivals, strikes, or weather conditions.
We’ll always support you and follow up with the courier if something goes wrong.

Orders Marked as Delivered

If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Please check with neighbours/security, and

  2. Contact the courier with your tracking number

If still unresolved, reach out to us and we will assist you.
