1. Handmade, Made-to-Order Products

All our lingerie is handmade and crafted after an order is placed.

Because of this:

• Slight variations in color or stitching may occur

• Processing times may vary during busy periods

• Cancellations are not allowed once production begins

We always strive to match the product photos as closely as possible.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in INR (₹).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but your order will always be charged at the price shown at checkout.

We accept payments through secure third-party payment partners.
We do not store your full card details or UPI PINs.

3. Order Processing Time

Since each piece is made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for stitching and processing.

During pre-orders, sales, or restocks, processing may take longer.
You will be notified of any delays.

4. Shipping

We ship through trusted courier partners. Delivery times vary by location.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events (e.g., festivals, strikes, weather).

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we do not accept:

• returns

• exchanges

• size swaps

Unless:
You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
In that case, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement if verified.

6. Size Responsibility

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size.
Use our Size Guide, and feel free to message us for help before ordering.

We are not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer.
